Paid a R1000 to use the slow lounge

<p>Good day</p> <p>I had R1000 deducted from my account for the slow lounge. When I phoned Their department they said it's because both my cards need to be platinum (i have a platinum debit and a gold credit) and this rule was in force a while ago. I received no notification of this. I do not troll or study FNB'S website continually! It says on the slow lounge website that you accept EITHER cheque OR credit card and NO WHERE does it state that you need to have both accounts as platinum!!! This is unacceptable!!! They always accepted it as if you had either a cheque or credit card that's a platinum. I want my money back the supervisor I spoke to said he will request a reversals but doughts they will pay back the money. I will take this futher if I have to. I changed to the premier account because of the benefits. I pay more a month for these benifits I have never used this facility before and the first time I use it I get nailed with a R1000 bill. If they change their benifits so easily and I must fork the bill. Why am I paying extra a month! I don't feel like a premier member I feel like I am been fooled and punished.
