Paarl main rd ATM swallows my ewallet money with no service screen

Went to FNB Paarl branch to withdraw ewallet. Selected the amount I wanted to draw from the middle ATM, the machine makes noise to give the money but nothing comes out. Suddenly slip comes out showing I received the money and the atm goes over to NO SERVICE screen. I immediately alerted the FNB staff member who was standing 1 m away from me telling and showing her that I didn't receive the money. She said I must stand there and try at another machine. So I tried and it didn't want to accept the pin. After that I went home and looked in my ewallet account and the money shows as withdrawn. Please look on the cameras for Paarl main road middle ATM machine - Friday afternoon. You can clearly see that I did not receive money before the machine shows no service. I want my money please!!! The money was send to me as urgent and I was without money the whole weekend. Please put the money back in the ewallet.
