I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction with the processing of claiming from my insurer, I contacted FNB insurance on Monday to lodge a claim for a car accident and since then it has been nothing short of miserable experience . They ask for documents and things i have never been asked for and just feels like this is causing unnecessary delay, we are heading to a week since the accident happened and feels like nothing has happened besides my previous insurers being contacted to inquire about my claims history, which information I had provided when I took the policy up. Over and above that the claims department does not even keep me updated about where they are in the process so I am stuck in limbo not knowing what is next, at this point I regret taking this cover up. Having an accident it a terrible experience and the anxiety this creating really make it worse
