Hi, I bought a house using FNB home loan in 2012. During my divorce the house was on arrears then we decided to sell the property .The property was sold and the realnet estate told me that the are short fall of R700, so we must sign the acknowledgement of that 700 and we did with my x hubby . Come to my surprise FNB is claiming that my short fall were R50000 now it's estimated to R180000 in a period of a month after the transfers were done. I contacted the lady handling my account she said it's just estimated amount. The transferring attorneys they don't even know anything of what FNB is talking about. They were only aware of R700 that I was told not to pay by the transfering attorneys. The attorneys sent me all supporting documentation regarding my account and all the transfers that were done. They know nothing of what FNB is claiming. Please help me regarding this matter
