Owe me.over R15,000 and no response!

I need answer on this urgently:

FNB Insurance Brokers continue to debit my bank account with over R1,500 a month, despite me notifying them in Nov 2022 and my house sale.going through in Feb 2023!

Do the math and that's well over R15k to date and still no end in sight!

I've sent them details of every debit made, with all the supporting dates, codes and amounts, and they havent even bothered to respond. Shocking!
