Overseas use of Visa Cards

On 05.11.15 my husband emailed details of our credit cards to \Travel Abroad"/FNB for activation for use overseas. On 10.11.15 when nothing was heard from \""Travel Abroad\"" he queried them only to be asked for all details again which were provided on the same day. On 13.11.15 still without feedback"
