Overseas, no money - No Help from FNB

I am studying abroad in Bangkok, on Monday I had a problem with my debit card, I could not withdraw any funds from the account, after 3 calls to SA it was sorted out, Yippy THEN Tues I go to the ATM to try and withdraw money only to be told by 6 different ATM machines contact the issuing bank, so I called the bank AGAIN after 1 hour (waiting on hold, speaking to 4 different people, speaking to supervisors) they said nothing was wrong with the account so they transferred me to ***** after waiting another 10 min I spoke to someone only to be told again there is nothing wrong with the account but she will send an email to someone (not sure who) and to try again in 2 hours, which I did, still the same thing, and she promised to will call me today (still waiting for the call).

I find this unacceptable and frustrating I am overseas with no help and no money, its not like I can walk into the bank to sort this out!!!!
