Overdrawn Account

I woke up to my account being over drawn by R385, FNB has put my account into negative for no reason no explanation. FNB has ridiculous customer service to it's clients I have to struggle all the time when dealing with this bank. My account is in negative and i am still being charged if my account is in negative I want my money back and I want it now
