Overdrawn account by undue authorized debit order

Good day Sir / madam . My name is Deborah M Nkopane D O B *** .Have an occount with Wesbank for a Polo Vivo .Early January 2021 called Wesbank requested them to take extra amount of R1775 over & above instalment of R3225 to bring it to R5000 monthly for the next 8 months. Spoke to 3 people who told me they can't help i need to call them monthly to do that. Asked them why & how bcause they can load that for the 28th monthly. None of the 3 consultant helped .I went to Springs Mall branch paid the R1775 & asked to load the R1775 of witch was done. Payment in February there was double deduction of R1775 plus instalment. Creating my account to be overdrawn. Called Wesbank non of them could help advised to go to the branch .The branch called them & they promised to reverse the money. Told them i have a policy that will be debited 6 March 2021 that was returned unpaid now there's 2 unpaid of R150 & 3 R9 charges .What's that for ? The Springs Mall branch did their best to help & the guy called Mr C Moncho @ Wesbank but still the problem not solved. I need your help. My account it's not overdrawn. Need yo help plse.
