Overdraught increased by R100 000 while under debt review.

Hi, I've been under Debt Review for 4 years now. Ever since we've started the process and up to now, but overdraught has increased with R100 000.00 where it was suppose to decrease with time. I found that FNB kept on deducting a loan with them from the overdraught account causing the amount to increase with the additional interest and costs. I've logged calles with ********** but I only get a ref and nothing more. I've taken this up with my Debt Councellor, but she's getting the same silent treatment from FNB.

Can you please look into this matter?
