Overdraft turn around time

It's a general question I would like to ask. What's the turn around time for FNB's Overdraft application? My husband app**** for an overdraft at the end of November but to date we do not know whether he will get the funds or not. Every single time he inquires there's something missing or there's something he needs to sign. After doing that he is told to wait for a week. He has been waiting for a week since and it is now a month since his application was submitted. All he wants to know is if he will ever get a final and clear response from them.
