Overdraft reduction without knowledge

I received a call from FDS yesterday offering to reduce my loan repayment. I accepted. This early morning, I advised FDS to cancel the application. FDS firstly did this without notifying me, and further told me not to open another account to place my money in, as it would be safe. I log in to fnb app and I see i have negative balance because my overdraft has been reduced substantially. I was not notified, and I don't know why this was done before the debt review people even had all my documents. I called in to ask if this can be reversed and was told no. This is not acceptable. I now have no access to any money this month.
