Overdraft not activated
I have opened a Cheque and Credit acc with FNB on the 25th of January. After having to go to the bank three times after, as they have lost my documents, I had to go in again as they never ordered my Cheque card and I had to wait another week for delivery.
My Cheque card was delivered today and now my overdraft has not been activated. Went back to the bank and now they say only the person who did the initial quotation for my overdraft (Dudu Clearwater Branch) can assist me.
According to the branch she is not a permanent employee but only helps out when other staff is on leave.
If this is the kind of service I will get from this bank maybe I made the wrong decision.
I need this sorted today.
