Overdraft facility- unable to get assistance from my business account manager.

I currently have a business account with you guys and the service is horrific. You get assigned to a business manager who handles your account only to be told by the agent Lupanyani Khorommbi they are not able to transfer you to him nor could I leave a message for him to contact me. I have been banking with you guys for over 6 months now and no one is able to assist me or provide me with an overdraft facility as the capital is needed for growth of the business. This bank has always advertised as being the best for cash flow assistance for businesses that want to expand. Please can someone assist. Thank you.
