OVERDRAFT declined

I have business account with FNB for 3years never meet my business advice every time i go to branch they told me they don't know him/her until last week at ROSEBANK told me her name is NOX they try to give her call to help me with overdraft she was no where to be found until after week she call and told me she will send documents I fill the documents when I try to give call again she nowhere to found again its so pathetic. another thing how can my OVERDRAFT DECLINE because of FNB saving account that i closed long time they say still exist.
