overdraft closure

i contact fnb to close my overdraft facility no one is willing to help my account was handed over i conatcted blake attorneys payment was done proof of payment sent to blake attorneys went to fnb branch was told they do not deal with it i must contact the department that deals with it email send to shumeera whitten and Marcel Ferguson no one is responding the overdraft was paid in august .fnb service is very bad and i still want to use the account .please assist
