Overdraft CANCELLED in COVID -19

I requested a debt counselling agent to find out what my total debt is at FNB, I am NOT under debt review yet. So FNB went and pulled my whole overdraft out of my account where I had R11000 in still and they dropped me into the – R4000 something, just because I requested info of all my debt. It is in the Covid-19 pandemic where I need money to survive and feed by family and FNB does this to me. I have NEVER skipped a payment with FNB and this is how they repay me. I escalated this with the debt review FNB department where they just DECLINED me!!!! I have been with FNB for years now. I will be changing banks soon due to this bad service I am getting from FNB where I just requested info from.
