Overdraft and loan repayment

I got retrenched in April 2020, I have contacted FNB to inform them and I requested to have my Cheque account ceased and to have arrangements made for paying off the overdraft that I have on the account. I was told that they will get back to me. It's been months and I have not heard anything. The cheque account is still open and accumulating charges. The original amount of the overdraft was R36000, now it has risen to R42000. I also have a loan which I app**** for the insurance. The insurance was approved and the loan has been paid from May 2020 to September 2020. The is no payment made for October on the loan. I need help cause the interests are rising on these debts and I am unable to pay at this curr9 moment.
