Overdraft and life insurance, I did not agree or approve

Disappointed, I have been struggling with my FNB cheque account, I didn't agree to an overdraft account and I also didn't agree with life insurance from FNB, although the life insurance got deducted from my account and went into an overdraft. No assistance from the bank when I go into the branch. I am so disappointed with the response I Amone receiving.
