Overdraft and credit card debt that's older than 4 years!!

I was retrenched in 2016 for 9 months and fell behind in my payments for my overdraft and credit card, I eventually put myself under debt review and I'm just not making a dent in the amount still owing, I'm paying every month, living on the bread line and I'm not winning, FNB I'm begging you for assistance, please help me to settle these amounts owing so that I can try have a decent life before I die, I'm 57 years old and I'm needing to save for my retirement, please help me, your slogan is 'How can we help you?' You can help me clear my debt that's way over 4 years old!!!
