Overdraft

FNB cannot provide me with any documentation to prove that I app**** for an overdraft over 6 years ago. I havent used this account for more than 5 years and to my horror discovered last week that I have a HUGE overdraft but NO income was paid into this account since March 2015 and they have no documentation.
