Overdraft

I took overdraft before Covid, then I got retrenched,when I got a job I tried settling it out but to my surprise my debt wasn't decreasing but increasing, I tried going to the branched no one was willing to help me or to explain to me why is it happening. I stopped paying cause my credit wasn't decreasing. I'm willing to settle it out
