OVERDRAFT

Being in a financial crisis and selling off some personal items, FNB decides, without warning to take my available funds, ALL OF IT toward my overdraft on 30 October 2018. I have since been struggling to get the Manager of some sort of centre to refund my credit. As explained to various call centre personnel, that money is my only money for the month and since it was 5 days after payday, how was I supposed to get through the month. Most of all that money that was left in my account was sourced from a difference place, not my salary, to provide for my kids. So seeing as though FNB decides when my kids can eat and when not, maybe I'll just reconsider acting in good faith from now on. Being a single mother with 3 children and trying my utmost best to get out of my financial mess is not easy and if your bank is also not on your side, damn it makes life very difficult.
