overcharging on return debits

as per first letter to fnb nothing has been done,i received feedback from thabo madiba via email stating that i have only been charged 69.99 and not 138.00 as i stated this clearly shows that he is lying because my statement reflects otherwise.i have been charged 8*138.00=1104.00 plus 4*69=276 so if you add it up fnb has charged me r1380.00 for unpaid debits for doing absolutely nothing.this is ****************.my account is already in a r486..66 in arrears and fnb has already deducted it today **************** again,so far all fnb has done is lip service nothing constructive has been done about them *****ing my money from my account,i will advice friends and family not to open fnb accounts in the future
