Overcharging Aspire Encore Credit Card

I have been trying to communicate with FNB regarding OVERCHARGING my FNB Aspire credit card. So far no reply or attending to the issue. FNB Aspire Encore pricing Guide states: Credit Card Facility service fee R8.50, I am being charged R17. FNB Aspire credit card monthly fee R11.50, I am being charged R40.50. I also have FNB CREDIT CARD Approved Customer Agreement: [MR PETRE ILIEV]-REF: [***] for increased credit limit, which has not been implemented.
