Overcharging
I am very unhappy with FNB at the moment. I do not understand how they can charge a R100 penalty for ONE scheduled payment missed if i paid the account myself today. I am really unhappy about this as i work hard for my money and it feels as though i have been ******. I am considering moving to another service provider because of this!!!
