Overcharged on Credit card Account Fees
My wife has a FNB Gold Credit Card. I am a secondary card holder on this account. She is charged a Credit Card Account fee of R46.50 a month PLUS a Credit Facility Service Fee of R15 per month. The pricing guide for 2017 states that the fee for this account is R46 per min INC Credit Facility Service Fee. We called in to the call centre and were told that the Credit Facility Service fee is not included, even though the pricing guide on the FNB website says it is included. I have attached a screenshot as proof.
This is totally unacceptable and the overcharged fees should be calculated for the previous months and credit back.
