Overcharged for unpaid amount

Why am I being charged such high amounts even if the item was unpaid , surely the charges shouldn’t be so much . Name : Sinenhlanhla Dladla , ID ***,how do I complain about the high charges because there was another one of R225 And another one of over R315! This is unfair
