Overcharged fees

I am so disappointed on FNB actually they reaping us of and on they charge me the fees of R1073.39 a month whisc is my grocery money so i have to give it to FNB. I am so fed up with this bank like i want move to another bank this is not fair, for every unsucessful transaction they charge R150 each before it used to be R100 now increased by R50 this is a day light robery i am definately going to move from this Bank, Today the itself send me a message that i should take the temporary loan to pay their fees how clever is that and i am so sorry i have a lot on my plate i dont have this kind of money FNB can do what ever
