OVERCHARGED

I have about 6 accounts with FNB, including my business account. I have an Easy Account, Easy Zero, Cheque Account, Investment Account, and Savings Pocket. It happened that last month i had to cancel one debit order. To my surprise yesterday i woke up with R80 charge for Cancelled Debit order ON ALL MY ACCOUNTS. All 5 of my accounts were debited with R80 for the ONE debit order cancelation. I am not sure why this was debited on my other accounts coz the debit order was on the Cheque account, why on earth would i get charged for such on all my accounts? Even the investment account??? What nonsense is this??????? So i cancel one debit order and i am charged R400??? What the hell is that???

Fix this! Fix it ASAP, I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THAT IS MADNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
