OVERCHARGED BANK FEES
On 12 April 2018 I logged a query on the FNB webpage (REF: ********** Q) regarding additional bank charges on my bank statement. No response was received to date.
I was charged R73.50 on 31 March 2018 and R38.50 on 11 April 2018. Total bank charges = R112.00 and since the bank charge is R105.00 p/m I would like to know why I was charged additional bank charges.
