overcharged

hi

on the 02-09-2020 around 15h55 i went to floridat FNB ATM located in goldman street , florida . i went there to get an ATM statement , tried the fist ATM and everything went well but there was no print out as the ATM might have ran out of paper , tried it the second time same issue , then i tried a different ATM and got the statement , today when i log into my banking app i see they have charged me 3 times though the first 2 times the machine did not give out the statement and its not my fault
