Overcharge of Bank Fees

I previously complained about being over charged by FNB, my account was charged with R4.3k of banking fees. FNB reduced on estimate R1411 of the fees. I reverted back to say I’m still not happy, I sent them calculations according to their pricing guidelines of how much I was supposed to be charged , which was only R1.7k roughly .

I did calculations manually on my bank statement and still can’t figure out how they derived still to the fees of R2.8k ( after they deducted R1.4) there is a ghost amount which can’t be accounted for which they deducted , over and above that I am still overcharged in fees .

I tried internal complaints process they are not responding my e mails, I trust my query will be attended to urgently on this platform

Please FNB explain how you got to R4.2k in bank fees using document evidence of the pricing guidelines which you use a disclosure
