Overcharge commission on Global Receipts FNB firex

On 685 Euro converted to Rand, received through my account, FNB charged R180.00 when through their cellphone banking on global receipts they should charge .55% of their Rand amount commission. And the FNB app should immediately notify me of transaction completed by SMS. But you wait till next day, so I phoned enquiries and put to forex dept who hang up after 10 mins. So commission should be .55% on FNB app for Forex received on amount and ,60% on FNB online banking. And should immediately by email and SMS notify you when you agreed on Forex rate you changed. FNB is becoming less competent and charge you how they feel, I am not sure if I am to remain as a client of theirs
