Over R2,000 in bank charges - no explanations
I called Business banking to find out why I had been charged over R2,000 in bank charges 4 April-6 May.

Tyrone in your call centre was awful to deal with.

He had no answers for me despite spending 15-20 minutes on the phone with him.

FNB don't you train your staff any more?

I want answers regarding these excessive bank charges and I want them fast.
