Over R18 000 ****** from my account

On the Friday the 22nd March 2024, around 21h00, I received a notification on my phone that money has been debited from my account, to be exact, R10 573.70 , two minutes later, another R7 684.71 was debited, I immediately contacted FNB and they told me that it appears that I have swiped my card at some shop in the US ( United States of America). I don't have a passport, I don't have a Visa, I've never been 2 meters away from a plane or any other mode of transport that is capable of transporting me to the US, but some how I've SWIPED my card in the US. I have never bought anything online. FNB told me that they would investigate and would revert back to me within seven days. I however notified them that I'm worried about my numerous debit order which are supposed to go off on the 25th, they assured me that I should not worry about it, as they wil speak to my creditors and they will not charge me any penalties for missing my debit orders. I have now received notifications that from the same bank as well as my creditors that I have not paid my dues. This is frustrating me. I have three kids and a wife, I'm unable to buy groceries for my kids and today I had to not report to work because I don't have money for transport. I'm so disappointed with FNB, how can over R18 000 just disappear from my account. This is frustrating, I don't know if I'll ever get my money back. For God's sake I have NEVER been to the US., how can I have swept my car in the US, while I have my card in front of me. I thought my money was safe with FNB, clearly I'm wrong
