Over promised

<p>Hi. I opened a new gold cheque account. I was told that my card will be delivered in 3-5 working days. I just got a sms to say the courier company can't get hold of me. They called me 1 time and i did answer however the person could not hear me. They never called again. So I called and was informed that i can only get my card Thurday or Monday. The problem is I already closed my capitec account. And I get paid on tomorow. I was also told that I cant ask for a specific time to collect the card. I am a rep and is only in the office till 9am and after 5. I was told they will be here between 8-10.I was told that if i am not in the office they will take the card back. Or i must go to JHB to fetch it. So or i have to take a day of work and loose income.... or hope they are here in time. So I am stuffed.....</p>
