Over promise under deliver

My husband ordered a new credit card online weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered to him. On 13 April FNB's couriers phoned trying to arrange delivery for the next week. They had phoned our landline which was deverted to my cell as we were out of town. I told them to deliver the following Wed, but they told me that they could not take instructions from me. I asked them to phone my husband on his cell, but they said they had tried and it went to voice mail (no message was left). I asked them to try again, seeing that they were not willing to speak to me. It is now 11 days later and they have made NO contact again. This is terrible service.

Someone phoned my husband and left a message on the day that the review was posted - he was unable to hear what the person said - from FNB directly or from the courier - no number was left so he can't phone back. It is now almost a week later and STILL no word from the courier.

FNB, are you going to give attention to this matter at all? Where do I log a complaint about you Hello Peter complaint team? Maybe my husband should just get a credit card from anoter bank?
