Over paid loan

I had a loan with FNB and under debpt review paid the loan back and in the process paid more than was outstanding. More than a year ago FNB said that they can't give a letter of good standing because of the over payment and they want prove of bank details before they can refund me. That was given and still no response from them to pay the money or to provide a letter of good standing after many unanswered emails.
