Over **** or Harasment

<p>FNB has the worst call centre staff I have ever come across-I get so many FNB offers coming through on my phone,I seriously have a hatred problem with them,,so many SMS's coming through on my phone that I want to close my account and go to another bank.</p> <p>When FNB call centre phone me, they slip in the conversation that "this is a recorded call" and I say to them,If this is a recorded call,I want the reference number so that I can recall for future purposes and they go blank and cant give me a reference for my recorded call-so whats the point?</p> <p>Anyone have any suggestions which bank will not harass me as much</p>
