I have a few problems with this bank. I have been with the bank since I was 16 years old. This is the second time and the last time I will deal with this. The first one: Setting up my Paypal account, the guy said: "no we don't do that". I had to speak to two different people and It was still not clear. Either the employees aren't trained, don't know the services or they just don't want to work.

I needed to take out a loan and the call centre people were unhelpful and rude. I am considering closing my accounts with this back and moving to a bank where the employees aren't rude to the customers.
