Over insured and overcharged ,no assistance

I was upgraded to a private banking client in March 2026. Ashika at Midlands mall branch indicated that I will get a call from Fnb insure to insure facilities setup . I would have to pay under R2 per R1000 used . I did get the call and have been insured for 3 times the value and now have paid approximately R700 per month since . I called Ashika who referred me back to fnb insure . They have not been able to assist . Spent two days on secure chat . They referred me to a branch close by . Fnb boom street Pietermaritzburg escalated back to fnb Midlands and I was called by Sesethu. Since all remains the same and no assistance further. Please assist
