OVER DRAWN MY CREDIT CARD

Hi

I received an email yesterday from FNB informing me that they are reducing the limit on my credit card. I don't have a problem with this, in fact they saved me a phone call. Once the interest has gone off I was going to phone them to reduce the amount anyway. The problem I do have with this is that I receive an email in the morning and at the same time I have no credit left on my credit card. In fact they reduced the amount so much that it was now over drawn. I had to transfer money from a diffirent account to bring the amount back to zero rand. Thanks FNB, great customer service. Who is paying the penalty fee for the account being over drawn? I will push every cent I have into that credit card to get it paid up as soon as possible. Please don't send me any special offers or ask if you can increase my credit card limit again.
