Over deduction on my bank account
Fnb housing deducted R18400 in my account instead of R13400. No explanation given. Called the call centre made to hold for 30 minutes. The consultant promised to send an email address so that i can send my bank statement. Up to now, nothing happened. I want my R5000 back now.
