Over charges
Good morning,
Once again my account is debited for an unauthorized amount and this time its for R180.00. Please can someone urgently assist with this ******* and have my account corrected. It's is totally unacceptable and to think of all the other customers that are been charged unknowingly. I am also requesting for proof of reversals once done.

To date I have not been assisted and even more charges are on my account, withdrawal fees R57.60 but I have used the ATM. No funds fee R180 which should have been R8.50 per FNB T&C,s. This is happening every single month and I think that maybe I should just close this account. I am now requesting from assistance from FnB to correct my account and assist with account closure. As for their customer service it's the worst 😑
