over chargerd
I changed my account from smart save to Cheque, paying R100 monthly. I was told i get unlimited internet transactions but NO! Checking my statement i see countless R21 charged for my payments. Two i was ****med by unauthorized debits< they charge me R5 to stop it! Hell were they not supposed to protect me from these ********? And to top it off they make me pay for a job they fail to do. Even inside deposits are exuberant. This time I'm moving to Capitec.
