Over charged by this bank

On 21st I slept with a balance of R6 & wake up with a negative balance of R426. The was no Debit order processed or payment. I then spoke to an agent on the secure chat lydia Motale on the 22nd Jan 2024. She advised this is due to Merchant’s processing payments late & the are late payment fees added & will be refunded back to me once they have been paid. Till this say R426 gone n not returned to me. Fnb is cheating us. & am thinking of changing banks.

This is not on . This also happened in December & would just wake up with money in my account. All long am being over charged
