Over charged.

I don’t think they actually even deserve that one star rating. In 2020 i had to pay the bank +- 6/7k in charges i had nothing to do with, now am charged R3455 again on my premium account, they are unable to explain those charges to me all they say is that the system allowed me to make those transactions but how they don’t know so now the bank is charging me. How does the system allow me to make transactions in my account that has money and later over charges me? I’ve been using this account since 2009/2010. Never had issues until 2020 and now.

None of their customer service is even helpful. I wouldn’t recommend FNB to anyone.
