Over charged

They over changed me with my credit card took an interest fee of 698 and I paid the money that I have used for the first time. On Tuesday they took 408 before I get paid I called them I told them that the consultant said if you pay what u have used the are no charges. They refunded me. With my personal loan I paid extra money after my monthly deduction the balanced decreased after this month deduction the balance increased how possible is that. I app**** for a home loan they have rejected it due to affordability how can I afford while they over charge me. I'm disappointed because the other banks offered me a home loan. I think who ever who's working with this she or he doesn't do the right thing.
