Over a week still no response from Paypal division

Last Thurs 11 Nov I emailed paypal queries as indicated by Sandiwe in the Paypal division since one cannot get assistance without sending an email with a screenshot of the error message. It's over a week now & not even a response ! ! All I require is for them to delete my old profile with F N B in order for me to register for Paypal without an F N B account. This p u t r i d service is a reminder of why I stopped banking with them in the first place. If a consultant cannot assist, then get a manager to call and assist me a s a p. I await your call to confirm the profile has been permanently deleted.
